It will help you enjoy the site and give you pointers on which forum pages to post your topics so that they appear in the right place where more people will see them.
We ask members not to chat in topics (it quickly becomes spammy).
The forum pages are for posting messages and discussion. We have members from all over the world in different time zones, so the boards are not really suited to chat either.
You can use the PM (private message) system for chatting or visit the site's chat room: TamaCHAT if you want "instant" chat.
