I have a Tamagotchi V5 and a Music Star, and they used to connect and play together. But now, whenever I try to connect them, my Music Star says "Sorry!! Select others to play."

Why did this start happening and is there any way I can fix it?

 
did you select 'others' or 'music star'? if you did select others then it's probably that you need to change batteries.
