My cousin and my friend have one. its so annoying. they are ALWAYS beeping. interputting our cousin/friend time. i wish i could plop both of those in a fire.

well they are older models without the options for muting or pausing. Maybe if your going to the movies or something, and esspecially hanging out around school or shopping, things like that, you could politely ask if your friends will leave them at home, that they make you feel like your time together is being interrupted and you think that your time together is more precious that the time they have with their pet's since they always have their pets, they aren't always with you.
