My tamagotchi gets mad at me..it happens right before they board the space ship to go back home..but during the time that they are mad at me, i can't do anything. Is there anyway I can get them not mad at me before they leave?

 
The only way to prevent them from getting mad at you is to NOT LET THEM STARVE! You should never let them lose more than 2 Hungry and/or Happy hearts at a time. Otherwise, they'll "die."
