I don't know if you guys have seen this, but the lady from BanDai-America said the Tama-Go is coming out this fall :)

It doesn't look that great if you ask me. And the figure things are just a way to make money considering each of them cost $7.

The thing is so chunky! I don't think the color and the iD are as chunky as this new thing!

Whatever, at least they are finally coming out with something new and not the lame Music-Star.

Thanks! I am going to add this video to the news section.

Now that i've seen that video of it...I think it seems cooler than I thought it was  I MIGHT get it. I wanna see it in action with other users though

Wait- at the end it showed a playground! This really is a colourless English TMGC+C

If only it had color...

It still sounds pretty cool though! :) A tad bit expensive, but I think I would get at least 1 cartridge along with the Tama-Go itself :p .

Right on, Buddy. This Tamagotchi is so thick, you can't seem to fit it in your pocket. Besides, you wouldn't want to carry around this little figurine around all the time and damage it-or lose it.

It is HUGE!

Look at this!

I wonder how thick the color and iD are, because I know they aren't this fat.

The little figures are cute, but not when the actual Tama is this fat. I'd rather just have a new Tamagotchi that looks similar to the iD, with the four-gray-scale, with maybe little character cards that are similar to game cartridges. And the figures are so expensive :/

They say the reason they aren't releasing the TMGC+C/iD in the U.S. is because such an expensive toy isn't in high demand, but neither are expensive little figures that everyone will want to collect, and bust the bank doing so.

The Tamagotchi Plus Color and Tamagotchi-iD are almost the same size as each other. (I don't know how they compare to the Tama-go.) Click here for a photo comparing their thickness.

The Tamagotchi Plus Color seems to be about twice as thick as a MusicStar. Click here for a photo comparing their thickness.

By the looks of it, the Tama-Go is WAY thicker than the Color&iD.

Not quite double, but it comes pretty close :)

And it's round, which kills its pocket-portability :/

Thanks for the pictures, binary! :furawatchi:

That helps answer a lot of questions :ichigotchi:

Is this a quote from BanDai?

As I said earlier on, Bandai are making a completely different TamaTown for the TMGO. The TamaTown Tama-Go will have nothing to do with Music City.

According to Bandai.com, there aer currently two different TamaTowns on the one website being developed for the TMGO.
