This tamagotchi is simpler to care for than I thought.... of course, I could be wrong.

Hm. This seems really interesting. I wonder what the screen will look like when you buy furniture from the Shop...

Awesome! AA battery's?

Well i hope it has some new features i can't wait!

Im going too get mametchi or kupatchi

They're AAA (: Still easier to find than the watch batteries, though.

I can't wait to get my own! It seems pretty cool. I'm guessing that most of the new 'advanced' stuff will be with TamaTown? Because from the manual, it doesn't look too complicated (which I like).

Well, the Tama-Go only comes with a Quick Start Guide, which is only the basics. It says complete instructions are on www.Tamatown.com.

Aaah, heart contacts?!?!? As a boy, DO NOT WANT!!!!! (Has their fairly recent gender-of-Tama-users poll told them anything? If I remember correctly, more answered "boy" than "girl", though I may be posting it incorrectly)

And is the back cover screwed-on like previous American Tamas, or have they adopted the push-button or whatever method of removing the back cover like recent Japanese Tamas I think have? And I suppose they didn't include a battery because since AAAs are commonplace, they were thinking that they could get away with that easier, to save a few cents (no offense).

EDIT: I was kinda joking about the "DO NOT WANT" part, but it seemed kinda girly for me (I know that is kinda steriotypical, though).

There is no set date for the Tama-Go to come out. They are hinting around late summer/early fall for USA, so I suppose thats your answer.

I saw a case on ToysRus dot com...

I doubt it has the Tama with it or figures. It may have one now tht I think of it... I was freaking out thinking they were finally out. Oooh. I've been dieing for a new one and its very hard to save money sometimes.
