that looks like the tamagotchi gem thing in color, i have one of those and theyre very similar in size! They also both use two AAA batteries. I didnt even find out about the tama-go until today!! I was on the music star and saw bandais little preview thing in the music town. What im hoping is that the prices arent similar at all..... the gem one was around fifty dollars, i hope this new tama isnt as expensive, or i will have a hard time affording that and the little characters that look like they mostly come seperately.

Oh, man, I know! Right before I learned about the Tamago, I went and bought something else with all my cash! (Stupid stupid stupid Pikachi! Don't buy stuff on impulse!) Ugh... Takes forever and a half to save up, and it's gone in a flash...ooh. They are pretty close to release. As I thought. Do you happen to have a date of release yet?
I saw a case on ToysRus dot com...
I doubt it has the Tama with it or figures. It may have one now tht I think of it... I was freaking out thinking they were finally out. Oooh. I've been dieing for a new one and its very hard to save money sometimes.

of course i really would like to have the kutchipatchi one, but as for all the other characters, what if we want another yet theyre all killer expensive? I hope bandai made the extra characters like 4$ or so, less would be awesome. Still, i hope theyre not terribly expensive or that would make it pretty hard. I like that they have inter-chanagble face plates so you can change style AND your tama character too.

I know! I said I got one, and an hour later, they're gone! I hope Bandai gets the message!You guys got lucky. There were some a few hours ago, but as of now, they're out of stock...at least that's what I'm seeing. Pretty crazy.

thats GREAT im so glad they are AAA batteries cause the small round ones every other tamagotchi takes are so expensive! i have 5 tamas so to buy batteries for all of them is like $16.00! but im so glad its AAA i have like a million lying around at my house!

I don't know if this has been confirmed yet, but a music star and a tama go CAN have babies, as soon as both Tamas turn six.
The tama go has a girl and the music star has a boy.

i finally got my tama go! currently, its a male kutchipatchi and im trying to get it married with my mc (memetchi) YOU CANT NAME YOU TAMA GO!!!!
