This probably isn't a real Tamagotchi. This is because the title of the Ebay posting claims that it is a Tamagotchi when we know it's not. That's when we call it a "fake" Tamagotchi. There are odd pets out there, like Nanos, Kimikos, Giga Pets, Dinkie Dinos, etc...but they shouldn't be called fakes (unless someone is claiming them to be Bandai Tamagotchis) just because they aren't made by Bandai or just because they're not Tamagotchi. They're only "fake" when they're trying to be passed off as Bandai Tamagotchis (false labeling, questionable packaging, etc.).
