I recently (accidentally) missed the chance to buy a new and sealed White Japanese P1 Tamagotchi for £36 on eBay. The upshot of this was that (again, accidentally) I stumbled across a new and sealed American Tamagotchi Ocean and bought that instead. Cost me £157 (ouch!).

Back to the white P1 though: are these hard to get hold of new, for a reasonable price like the one above? I know I shouldn't complain due to the fact I got an Ocean, but I only need the white P1 and I have all six Japanese launch P1 Tamagotchis (new and sealed).

The Yasashi was the dearest one out of that list, but it was still cheaper than my American Tamagotchi Ocean. That one made me wince a bit. I'd like to get a TMGC +Color next, but my funds need a bit of time to replenish.

Back on topic though: as soon as the stars of the show arrive, I intend to dig out all of my collection and photograph it for the purposes of this thread. It's the first time I will have ever assembled everything, and I'm looking forward to seeing it in one place.

Thought I'd document the new arrivals in picture form, seeing as I consider it to be a "big deal":



The Santaclautchi and Doraemitchi are brand new and sealed, but the Umino and the Devilgotchi are used. Both are tested, and both work. I will be firing the Devilgotchi up properly once my Tamagotchi Angel snuffs it, which won't be too long now.

I will be posting some pictures of my entire collection just after Christmas, but I still need to obtain an Osu/Mesu pair, and a Doraemontchi (though I do have a Doraemitchi), before I have at least one of all the ancestors. I don't have an Arukotchi, but they're not really pets in the traditional Tamagotchi sense, are they?

You guys are so lucky. All I need is that Santagotchi and I will pretty much be set for the vintages. There are some nice "deals" that I'm eying at the moment but still...nearly $200 for one? Ah well, the price you pay for the rarities, I suppose. Anyway, I just added another Music Star and another P1 to my collection. It won't stop here, that's for sure!

My second Devilgotchi arrived today! This one has its packaging, and has been opened, but is in near-mint condition. It's the white one, with the black and red motifs on the fascia. It's been a very lucky month for me indeed!

I will be posting some more pictures soon, but I don't currently have a permanent space for my new Devilgotchi, so I'll be leaving it in the bubble wrap that the guy I bought it off kindly wrapped it in.

Just added an Uratama to my collection. This one, to be precise (plus the P1 and Music Star I recently acquired):

I'm so happy I snagged this particular Uratama. It's blue, new-in-package, and it was inexpensive. As far as wishlists go, I'm still thinking of getting a Santagotchi and most likely a Deka, especially now that I have an Uratama. I'm so excited about all these new additions! I recently took a picture of my current collection



thinking that I wouldn't be adding to it for a while, but it looks like I might have to take another one once the new year rolls around!

Some fantastic pictures there, OldSchoolTama! Does your green P1 have blue buttons? I've never seen a clear green P1 with blue buttons before, if that is the case.

I particularly like the fact that your Devilgotchi still has its box.

Thank you! Yes, my P1 does have blue buttons, which is nice because I really like blue. As for the Devilgotchi, I like the fact that it came with its packaging too! I was lucky to find it through a private online seller.

Finally got around to taking a picture of most of my collection. I say most of, because I left my V3 off there, and I have literally a box full of sealed V3s and Music Stars that I couldn't fit into frame.
