Erm... well, it has potential. The only problem I have with it is that you might want to at least consider spelling words right (in other words, please do for humanitys' sanity), and it's... rather choppy. You might want to put in more detail and try different words instead of just die, such as:

You made me want to cry

When you left without goodbye,

I feel so hurt inside,

I feel like I just died.

I'm not telling you how to write it, I'm just trying to help.
