Whenever I try connecting to my other tamas my v5 shows me the download/restart page. it keeps happening even though i restarted it twice it still wont stop. please help

Change v5's battery. It makes that when it's battery is low. And when you change battery DON'T PUT OLD BATTERIES INTO V5! Because then it resets.
