"Digimon-Tamagotchi" help/guide ?

I just got two of the first version Digimon Tamagotchi. I know the basic operations and all that, but I was wondering if there's a guide anywhere with details on things like how many "care-misses" you need to get certain characters, or how long they live, etc.

Does anyone have any information?

It means it needs help with something, check the status to see if the hearts are unfilled, or if it's sick or anything. If it dosen't need help it is just joking, then you should discipline it.

I love the Digimon pets almost as much as Tamgotchis. I've got one running now, he's an Angemon <3

That's the first time I've seen a growth chart for them though. Cool!
