It's real, don't worry ! :)
Basically a Tetris-like game with Tamagotchi characters in it. That's all there is to it.
It's more of an accessory, not a P1.
But yeah, not a lot of info on it. I'll get back to ya. ^__^

I don't think it's real anymore, egg-shaped tamas have only 3 buttons, don't they?

I've been looking around, and this was what I could find: Other Tamagotchi Related Items by Bandai.
Scroll down about halfway to where you see "Tamagotchi Games." It's the one on the left. :)
But if you're really concerned about it, ask the seller a question.
They do have a history of positive feedback... I don't think they'd deal with a fake. ^___^
