Tama-Go coming to Europe!

I recently contacted Bandai UK about when a new Tamagotchi is going to be released, and this was their reply:

It looks like Tamagotchi will be coming back to the UK after all!

well im still glad i bought one from the US since i KNOW that something bad will happen with it thats my prediction but its okay i guess that means i could buy a second one and who knows maybe by then it will be at "Wave 3" by then but i can ASSURE that SOMETHING will go missing with this

Even though I’m not in Europe, I am happy to know they’re selling them again.

Sorry for bumping, but I have just sent another email asking the release date and what figures will be sold. Here is the reply:

Thank you for your email this will be released around July time, if you contact us in May/June we should have more details to advise you.

Another quick note: Bandai UK said that the Tama-Go will be released in July/August time, and will be available in Argos stores.

Umm, the products are pretty much the same worldwide (except for Japan and the like, of course), aren't they?

I don't live anywhere in Europe, but it must stink to have to wait so long for a Tama-Go; that would be about a year since the US Tama-Gos first started coming out!

(This release date may also mean a lack of new international Tamas for a while, so I'm a little worried about that)

Yes, definitely. That's why I contact Bandai America about once a month to check if any are coming out in America. Their most recent reply (last month) was:

As of this writing, no details are known regarding a possible release.  Stay posted to the websites www.bandai.com or www.tamagotchi.com for the most accurate and up-to-date information.

The reply seems to change every month. Bandai Europe seem to add more detail into their replies.

I'm Soo glad that I bought one and had it shipped to the UK! I wish they would hurry up already !

Doesn't seem far away now, so anyone wanting a Tama-Go should get down to Argos sometime soon, because they could be released any week now, and if not now then more likely June-August. I wouldn't count on them being released just yet though.
