How do I get the PuchiPutchi family on the Famitama?

I am wondering, can I get the PuchiPutchi Family (also known as the Petit Family) on the Japanese FamiTama? If I can, how?

Edit: I am also wondering if I an get a 1000Point code for PuchiPutchi on the Famitama (both Male and Female).

err....I think it is like this:

1:Let your teens starve (Leave ALL of the Hungry Hearts EMPTY)

2:When your teens transform, they would (probably) become the small family

3:If you don't like it, you give them milk 07200 43499 or a magnifying glass 07900 43890

Well, It's probably those, but there are two more kinds of codes (N.American v5, European v5) this one is the Oceamia V5 codes. I just very confusing
