Final Fantasy

Long ago when airships were only recently cxreated, a fogotten battle waged. The world's end was nigh but a small group joined together, and together they destroyed the Darkness. After years of suffering this group made sure, that finally the hunter of souls would become the hunted. They failed in destroying it completely, a small fragment of the existence survived. You are a decendant of one of the great heroes, Sheym The Knight, Smoke The Dark Mage, or one of the others(cant think of names that fit archer, white mage, summoner, or mechanic XD) and now the darkness has returned and you must take up the mantle and follow in your ancestor's footsteps.

shadow sighed walking a lonley road away from a burning castle from which screams were emanating "d*mmit darkness...ill destroy you for this...you destroyed my home...and i will be sure to finish what my ancestors started!!"

Nora was on her knees, watching the fire burn. "Why...why does this have to continue..." She trailed off.

shadow drew his sword toward the sky and yelled in anger "D*MN YOU DARKNESS!!!!!!!!!!"

Nora looked up, hearing someone yell. "Where and who is that coming from?" She asked her then stood up, holding her staff in her right hand.

he fell to the ground in the center of the road on his hands and knees he winced and shed a tear "my family...must be avenged...."

She began walking in the direction where she heard the shout come from then saw someone on their knees and ran over to him. "A-are you alright?" She asked, holding her staff with both hands now.

he looked up at her and stood up readying his blade "who are you...why did you come toward me..."

"I heard shouting before and came to check what it was and I saw you on the ground." She said holding her staff in front of her, hoping he wouldn't attack.

"..."

"I'll leave if you want me too." She said, turning around then began walking away.

he looked at her "what you arent going to ask who i am?..." he asked following and sheathing his sword

Nora stopped walking and looked at him. "Am I suppose too?"

he sighed "forget it...just get out of myway..." he said running past her toward the smoke coming from a nearby town

she watched him run off towards the town and saw the smoke then began running after him.

he saw a person standing in the flames "hm?.." he ran drawing his sword preparing to attack it(ill control the darkness and his seond in command?)

she saw him up ahead and ran beside him.(sure)

the being was laughing

"you!" shadow yelled runing forward to slash
