I am in your closet. I will strike at night.....
Do you have a sibling that has a tama but doesn't use it? Well I do. >:[ My sister has a v5 and only pauses it. So I took her battery out of it and used it for my v3. Later she came in saw it was gone and forced me to take it out and almost told on me. I told her no.(which says she "almost told on me" above) Because she never really uses it and she only pauses it. But to keep me from getting grounded I took it out and gave it her and she put it in and paused like always.

My brother does not really like Tamagotchi's any more but recently he purchased a Tama-Go and he got bored on generation 3, so he took the batteries out and now he is running a V4.5.

My brother has a V3 and a V5, and he only pauses them, and says that he uses them. When I asked him why they're always paused, he says it's because he's always in school, but I always got away with caring for my tamas at school, even at his age. I never see him use them anymore, and it's kind of sad... D:

Oh, snap! I just made a topic on almost this exact same topic in this forum! XDD

Well, my sister killed off one of my V4.5s that she was allowed to use, and she never pauses them during school.... -.-; Due to that, I decided that I shall take the batteries out of her Tamas and simply use them for other ones! Namely, her V2. I'll probably put the battery in a V3 or my V5; I don't know yet. I'm actually seriously considering taking the battery out of my UraTama and doing something with that, but I don't know what yet. I'll probably stick one of the batteries back in the package and just leave it; that, or I'll play two more Tamas. I dunno....

Being roughly 8 years younger then my siblings... I'm lucky to have all my tamas to myself. I do have Neices and Nephews interested in them... So I do have to watch them when they are over. Not so much the older ones, but the 2-5 year olds. I'm not having a child eat a tama or get shocked off one. (Yes, its doable)

I am 22, and my sisters are 20 and 17. When we were kids (and ever since) we were never allowed any real pets. So when Tamagotchis came out, we all wanted one so badly! But whereas they both got bored of them very quickly, I became addicted to them. I never really wanted a real pet instead of my virtual pets- and it wasn't just Tamas; I obsessed over computer games like Petz, and Creatures. Nowadays I still get really attatched to my Nintendogs as well :p

My sisters never understood how I could be so fond of a pet that wasn't real, and they don't like real animals either. Everytime a new Tamagotchi arrives in the post for me, they always say 'grow up Alice'.

And I reply 'NEVAHHH!' > :D

Seriosuly though, they did let me have any virtual pets they were given, but I never wanted their old ones because they were usually bashed and scratched :p
