I only read the first volume of Fruits Basket, and the wiki summary, so my opinion really doesn't count. Personally, I don't really love either of them, as Kyo is the typical hothead and Yuki is teh' typical cool cucumber type. But if I had to pick, I liked Kyo with Tohru better than Yuki with Tohru.
