My v3 has a big smudge on the screen that wont come off! Ive tried wipes and a cleaning cloth, but nothing works!

You could try a washcloth with a tad of window-cleaner on the cloth. Gently rubbing it off carefully. Do NOT over/Or soak the washcloth as if it drips, can seem inside your tama though the little cracks in the window placement.
