and i have kuromametchi and i only have half the bar full

you havnt marked the care for teens also i got kuromametchi when the bar was 14/15 bars

also nazotchi isnt an obtainable character

I don't think this is correct.. I got Mametchi at 5 bars, sister got violetchi at 12 bars.

 
This is another very good chart i have found i just barley ordered a new tamago and im trying to learn how to play it. it should be here soon :) maybe tuesday or wensday. Im so excited but im adding all the great topics and best topics to my watchlist and this is deffinatly going to be on there :) good job its well organized! i love it

 
errmm, kikitchi isn't a bad care character i got him with loads of training bars, and he evolved into a Kikitchi from a Kilalatchi which someone told me was also a good care character!
