The location is a lie
You're living an ordinary life in San Francisco, as a teenager. Everything is totally normal until terrorists destroy the Bay Bridge, a major bridge connecting San Francisco to the other huge city of Oakland.

Soon, the city turns into a place where everybody is a suspected terrorists; people are tracked everywhere; debit cards, transit passes, and everything you ever use that has your ID attached to it is read by the DHS so they can watch you at all times; even shops and schools are no longer as laid back as before: Schools have cameras in EVERY classroom; not to mention the cameras can connect to you by the WAY YOU WALK. As for stores, dollars are no longer used; only debit cards, so the DHS can track you.

And not to mention, cameras and cops from the DHS and the city are EVERYWHERE. The world around you has totally fallen into pieces. Innocent people are being thrown into a prison on a small island (Treasure Island in the bay where they are endlessly interrogated, and even tortured for information, kept prison by the DHS for crimes they didn't do.

A certain teenager, who was let out of prison on Treasure Island decides to try to get around the DHS and try to fight back.. Using technology. Due to even the internet being tracked, this teenager forms the Xnet, a hidden part of the internet, unable to be seen by the DHS, a playing function on an Xbox live, where soon everything begins to form. Soon, many teens begin to flock into the Xnet, joining the rebellion against the DHS and the government; from the popular ASB president athlete type to nerdy, unwanted girls are found on the Xnet. Soon, everything from protests to secret meetings in cafes are to be planned on the Xnet, and the DHS can't stop them..

But they have to be careful, or else they'll be caught and tossed into Treasure Island Prison, where they'll suffer.

(Due to this taking place in an era possibly 2016, the Xbox live net has an inbox, email and such, as if it's a regular computer.)

(This plot doesn't belong to me, it belongs to the book Little Brother X, read it if you have time. I don't own the plot!!! REPEAT.)

RULES:

I MUST APPROVE YOUR FORM BEFORE YOU START RP. Please have at least 4, long sentences in the Personality/History/Appearance parts

No powerplaying!

No Mary Sues or Gary Stu's (AKA Perfect characters)

No flaming wars.

If you want to show a picture for appearance, then PLEASE LINK IT. I don't want to see pictures stretching across the screen.

This is what I call a SEMI-ADVANCED LITERATE RP. So while I'm not expecting two paragraphs a post, or a fancy form, I do expect 5 LONG SENTENCES a post. So nothing like this: Bobby walked to the computer. He picked it up. Then he looked over at Ana. "Hey. You forgot this."

It has to be this: Bobby slowly made his way over to the computer dropped by the girl who had been sitting at the wooden desk before him. He then bended over and picked it up, carefully making sure not to drop the titanium black laptop. It was rather heavy, just like a single brick, he thought as he turned to the girl who had dropped it, and said, "Hey, umm.." He had always been awkward around girls. "You forgot this laptop here, I think, since it was there at the desk you were just sitting at."

Mine:

Name: Cade Littlefield

Age (14-24) : 17

Internet Identity (Use simple leet first name, see my form for example): M1k3y

Gender: Male

Likes/Dislikes: Technology, technology, technology. He made quite a few random inventions like speakers out of tuna cans and such before, he's that type. He hates athletic, stuck up jerk types and isn't a fan of sweet food.

Personality: An intelligent, rather cocky boy who doesn't really care too much for athletics. He is good at school, mostly math and is pretty sharp for a kid his age. Unfortunately, he doesn't score too much with the popular crowd at his school, and is bullied for being a "nerd"; he puts up with it just fine though. Other than being intelligent, he's brave, and has a sense of justice that doesn't falter even in the most hopeless of times. Due to having been tortured in Treasure Island though, he can sort of freak out a bit when he hears loud cracking noises or sees pools and lights at the same time. You can sorta guess what they did to him there for those fears.

Appearance: For being a "nerd", Cade doesn't really look like the association at all. Cade has dark brown, short hair with bangs that go to the middle of his forehead (In between his eyebrows and roots of his bangs), and green eyes with a little bit of hazel near the iris. He has some freckles around his nose and that's about it for birthmarks in general, other than one small brown dimple on his leg; like heck he'd tell anyone about that though. Fashionwise, it's gray/black sweatshirts, tshirts, short socks and jeans, imagine the typical high schooler fashion for guys.

Brief History: He grew up a normal kid, and at first was interested in football and basketball, that kind of typical boy stuff. He soon fell out of it and then began to lean more toward studies, especially math and english. Eventually though, he started to take interest in computers and technology, to the point where he made his own laptop and all these other inventions (See Likes/Dislikes) or more info. One day, he was out with a group of friends when suddenly, unfortunately, the terrorist attack happened. He got separated from his friends, and unfortunately was in the wrong place at the wrong time. So he got taken to Treasure Island, and every one of his passwords and all that private info was given to the DHS officers torturing him. When he was released, they put a chip in his laptop and a camera in his room, TRACKING HIM. Luckily, he got around the camera issue easy (he dis functioned it, and made it so it gives footage of something else), and well, he simply avoided his laptop and then instead, started the Xnet.

Other: Founder of Xnet.
