hi guys , i really need your answers quick . how can i got to change my furawatchi into majokko furawa ? or my kuchipatchi to pachisuzuru ?

Kuchipatchi + (unknown download item) = Patchizaurusu

Gozarutchi + (unknown download item) = Musha Gozarutchi

Kikitchi + 3000 GP = King Kikitchi

Lavulitchi + Princess Dress = Princess Lavuli

Meloditchi + Kimono = Melodi Hime

Moriritchi + Kiramori Scrunchy = Tamamoriritchi

Chamametchi + Wing Hat = Hapi Chamatchi

Memetchi + (unknown download item) = Devil Memetchi

Makiko + (unknown download item) = Jigoku Queen

Furawatchi + (unknown download item) = Majokko Furawa

Uwasatchi + Microphone = Reporepo Uwasatchi

after using the michrophone, what else must i do to transform uwasatchi?

To have Uwasatchi change into Reporepo Uwasatchi, purchase the microphone (if you don't already have it), then send her to the Henshin-jo.

Note: the Henshin-jo is a location available through the door icon. It's the first selection on the third menu page. During the first few generations on your Tamagotchi-iD L this location is locked. It'll become unlocked after you've raised four unique adult characters to the Tamatomo level.
