I know you can get them on route 222 in sinnoh by using the "swarm" method
also i know you can get them on the pokéwalker at the hoenn field and by taking 7500 steps
but is there any other way?
P.S. i don't have emarld or saphire nor ruby.

in platinum, you can get it in rt. 222.
in HG, you need to transfer it from a pokewalker or find it in swarms.
in black you either can trade from the other two or go to the pokemon dream world.
