So I've been working on my v4.5 and trying to get Hitodetchi so I can get the cuter (What I think) Teens... But I keep getting a tamatchi or something... I take perfect care of her every time 5lbs, full hunger hearts and full happy hearts. Any tricks or anything?

 
I think Tamatchi IS perfect care on the 4.5.

Try taking average care and see what happens.
