when you first log in on the little tv are they NEW figures

i dont know how to add a screen shot but you go on tama town the first area it put you in when you log and and a the top to the left there is a yellow tv click there

The characters shown on the Yellow TV aren't new Gotchi Figures, just new characters on the Tama-Go that haven't been on previous English Tamagotchi models. That screen has been there since the Tama-Go was first released a year ago in August 2010, possibly even before.
There have been no more waves of Gotchi Figures announced, but some prototype Gotchi Figures shown at a Toy Fair before the Tama-Go was released included figures that are currently unreleased, so they are speculated to be in the third wave of Gotchi Figures, if there is a new wave.
