Here's the link to Bandai's Innovative Product Search.
Before you click on this link, please understand that this competition is not purely based only on Tamagotchis. The way I have perceived it, Bandai are looking for new and revolutionary ideas for upcoming children's toys.
Yes, they may have mentioned suggesting ideas for their existing brands, but that was only written in one line. The rest of the information is more extensively focused upon new experiences, not present experiences.
However, we all are still able to send suggestions about Tamagotchis, so give it a shot! However, to do so, you would need to pay a fee of $25.

This is our chance to tell Bandai what we want. What if we send a topic about what we'd like to see in the next Tama to them? credit would go to all of the members here at Tama Talk and who knows, we might win! Here's the link to Bandai's Innovative Product Search.

Considering there is a cash payout and also inventor royalties later down the line - I believe they are looking for individuals ideas. If it were just a contest, then it probably wouldn't be an issue, but since there is money involved they probably wouldn't choose a large collective of people.
