My personal favorite is the newly released Gintama opening 10!! Way better than I expected to be.
Another great one is Naruto Shippuden opening 9.

My friend's favorite is the To love ru opening. (Forever we can make it)

I really like the full version of the first Soul Eater opening.

Either the Higurashi Kai OP, Naraku no Hana,


or the Puella Magi Madoka Magica OP.


Both of these animes are pretty depressing. And yet, their OP's are both good.

Runner ups to best OP for me would be Bouken Desho Desho (Haruhi Suzumiya OP 1), Soramimi Cake (OP for Azumanga Daioh) and the Higurashi OP.
