New badges for TamaTalk staff

I wanted to announce another batch of badge changes courtesy of some more great graphics work from our very own graficks. Graficks previously updated our Angelgotchi and Lifetime Angelgotchi badges (see them here. This time the new badges are for our staff. Check the previous and updated badges for Guides, Senior Guides and Admin Team.
