Radi

Radi was a very small town, no more than 2000 people. Radi was located near an experimental field where the government was testing a new bomb triggered with radio waves. The experiment went wrong, and most people died in Radi. Some kids survived, they were around 13-16. Soon after the survivors were found, they were shipped off to a city in the middle of nowhere, Rasphorn was a lot different than Radi, the main difference was the high amount of crime. Soon after the kid arrived here, they found out the experiment had given them powers; the powers weren't big and strong, but the kids decided to put them to a use. They formed the Radi, a group of superheroes tat fight crime. Then the strangest thing happened. After the Radi was formed, other kids around 13-16 with powers showed up in Rasphorn. Of course, not all of the kids had good intentions. Some used their powers for evil, and formed a group of supervillans to oppose the Radi. Now the Radi must deal with fighting the bad guys, and keeping there identities sealed. For all they know, their best friend might be a villian...

Name: Cye Kayo

Alias: Zale

Age : 15

Gender: Male

Appearance: Cye has long black hair that comes down to his eyes. His attire varies, but he generally wears darker clothes. His disguise isn't that elaborate either, he wears a tight fitting black leather suit, with a yellow Z on it, and that's it, he doesn't even use a mask.

Personality: Cye is very solemn, not liking to talk to anyone besides when he needs to instruct other Radi. He was not always like this, he used to be a happy, funny kid who took his responsibilities in the Radi as a joke. Then his brother (the leader of the Radi) and his girlfriend were killed, and he changed. He is the leader of the Radi and takes everything seriously.

Name: Steven "Stevie" Thomas

Appearance (Regular and Disguise): Stevie has short brown hair, green eyes, and is about 5'8. He tends to dress like a normal teenager- jeans, t-shirts, sneakers, that kinda stuff. As for his disguise clothing, it's a dark, tightfitting shirt as well as pants that help him blend in with his surroundings.

Personality: Stevie is carefree, and pretty outgoing. He has a good sense of humor. Unfortunately, as you can guess, he is lazy, and would prefer to do nothing rather than do anything. He's also sort of irritating, and doesn't mind saying things that can tick people off, since he really doesn't consider other people's feelings too much, unless he cares about the person.

Power: Has some power over some chemicals- for example, he can change oxygen to carbon monoxide. He can really only control carbon, oxygen, chlorine, and sodium. He could try to control more but he is lazy and doesnt' want to. Not to mention, he can't really control his powre very well.

Radi or Villian: While he isn't exactly a Radi, he isn't exactly a villain, either. He doesn't really want to be in Radi, or be a villain since it's too much work.

Other: Not much else.

Cye suited up in his disguise, ready to go out for his nightly watch. Sighing, he walked out of the base in which most of the Radi lived, and walked into the night. The city wasn't very busy tonight, it had rained for the past few days and the streets were wet. Cye walked into an alleyway and jumped up, grabbing the bottom of a fire escape and using it to get to the top of a building. At the top, he looked around, seeing if he needed to deal with anything.

Stevie was out in the town, getting some snacks from the local store. When he got at least two grocery bags full of snacks, he walked out of the store, and then ripped open a bag of chips. He began to eat the chips, relishing the saltyness. He sat down on a bench, and continued to eat.

Cye watched as a boy sat down and a bench and ate. Seeing as itt wasn't a big deal, Cye ignored it and continued to watch around. It was a boring night, there seemed to be no activity at all He sat down on the edge of the building and just waited.

Stevie continued to munch on food, like a fatty. It was a miracle he wasn't super overweight. He was only overweight by like two pounds or something. Part of this was because back in his old life, he used to be in wrestling. Those days were gone now, though, so he really had nothing to do but lamely attempt to stay fit while still eating. He wanted to impress chicks so he didn't want to be fat.

Yawning, Cye decided to move to a different building, hoping to find something from a different view. He stood up, and looked to the building next to him. He could simply go down to the street and go back up, or have a little fun and try to jump, seeing as the space between the buildings wasn't that far. Deciding to take his chances, he started to run and made a running jump, barely making it. Shaking his head at how stupid he had been, he decided to go down to the street and just walk the rest of the way, heading to the tallest building in town.

After polishing off a bag of chips, Stevie decided he needed to go try to walk off some of the calories. Standing up, he began to walk around town, Bored, he felt like randomly using his power. Noticing a small puddle in an alley, he grinned, as he carefully focused, and merged some plain sodium (Not salt) with the water. He walked away, hearing an awesome loud BANG! from the small explosion.

Cye heard an explosion, and quickly changed his direction, bursting into a sprint. He watched as a boy walked away from where the sound came from, the same boy eating on the bench. "Hey, wait!" Cye yelled, running after him.

Stevie turned around, surprised anybody was actually chasing after him. He figured the explosion had been kind of loud, but he figured most people would just think it was a chip bag bursting or something. So, instead, he said, "Yes? Did I drop something? With these plastic bags, I always feel like it's going to break and drop something."

Name: Jade Carter

Alias: Princess

Age : 16

Gender: Female

Appearance: Jade's dark brown hair is long. Like, really long. It's not easy to keep on top of, and it's certainly not practical, but she loves it too much to cut it any shorter - right now, it's down to her waist. As this would be rather recognisable, in her day to day life she tends to leave it in a ponytail or a messy bun, even a plait or two if she's feeling daring. Jade unleashes its full length when she's out and about as Princess. Her eyes are green, framed and emphasised by the mask she wears as Princess. It's a simple thing: a black mask, but it's got a few jewels on it. The rest of her outfit is almost like a fitted dress, a dark pink colour to go with the princess theme she kinda has going on. In a similar vein, she often likes to perch a tiara crookedly on her head.

Personality: Not that many people know it, but Jade is a very deceitful girl. During her day-to-day civilian life she appears like she couldn't - wouldn't - hurt a fly. Sure, she's confident enough to be around groups of people and make friends etc, but she has a lack of trust (well, it's only to be expected, really) and if she's around anyone that makes her feel suspicious or uncomfortable she'll fake a spasm of shyness and run off. But that's all it is: an act. In reality, 'Princess' (or just Jade when she's out of the public eye) is a very cold and calculating girl, showing levels of intelligence she wouldn't show in a public setting and she always seems to be one step ahead. Oh yes, she very much enjoys creating a devious plan and seeing the destruction caused when she pulls it off. However, she does start to act almost like a spoilt child if things aren't going her way, and she tends to act a lot more rashly in this state.

Power: sorry but I love this power xP Jade has the ability to blow anything up simply by turning her attention and concentration to it. Okay, so it has to be flammable, and she can't blow up people (thank the lord), but apart from that anything goes. She can control the size of the explosion, but she's taken it as a general rule that the bigger the object, the bigger the explosion.

Radi or Villian: Villain.

Other: She's fairly well known and high up in the villain 'ranks', if you like - not the highest there is but definitly not some underling.

Name: Alice Harley

Alias (Hero/Villian name): Hummingbird

Age (13-16): 15

Gender: Female

Appearance (Regular and Disguise): Alice has shoulder length, messy dark brown hair and blue eyes. She generally wears jeans, plaid shirts and always has a hat on her head. With her disguise, she wears a silver masquerade mask along with simple jade green, bandeau tail dress and a long, white waist sash. Her wings become unfolded and they look like a hummingbirds wings.

Personality: Alice isn’t really one to mess around. She is very helpful and loyal, taking much seriousness in what she does, when she’s needed although she will only listen to those she cares for and respects, for those she doesn’t respect, she will unquestionably disregarding any request or order, caring less about status and power. It seems as though when she put her disguise, she takes on a very different personality. She comes off as very playful and fearless, seeming as though she doesn’t have any trace left of her seriousness left though she does.

Power: Alice has wings, allowing her to fly and at a high speed though that is rather limited, depending on the amount on energy she has at the time and how much she uses.

Radi or Villian: Rabi

Other: Since she doesn’t have an offensive power, she uses a lance as her weapon of choice.

"Well, there was an explosion here, and you seem to be the only one in the area. Know anything?" Cye asked, folding his arms and staring at Stevie.

No point in faking it. "Obviously, because I caused it. Not like I blew anything up, since then I'd have to waste my precious video game and candy money on paying for some broken building," Stevie said, taking a lollipop out of his bag. Ripping the wrapper off, he said, "So, uh, what do you want?"

Cye looked around, there seemed to be no damage. "Nothing, just curious on what happened." he answered. "Well, I guess since there is no damage or anything, you can go." he told Stevie, looking back up. He didn't recognized him as part of the Radi, yet he didn't seem like a villain either. Deciding he would keep a watch out for him, Cye turned around and walked off.

Stevie walked away, glad the guy wasn't going to try to recruit him into that weird superhero group that he knew some of the other survivors had formed. Superhero just sounded so clique. Anyway, sucking away at the lollipop, he continued on.

Jade, also known as Princess at this moment in time, was sat on a roof watching the whole scene unfold. Frowning down at the boys, she thought hard. Now, she could cause explosions... and Zale had just blamed that boy for an explosion... it didn't take her long to put together an idea. Grinning, she turned her attention to a building near the boy: not close enough to kill him, but not too far away so it didn't look like him. Concentrating, she focused on the building...

Boom.

Alice had suited up in her disguise and gone flying over the town, looking for any kind of trouble earlier on the rather dreary night. Though, she had now changed out of it and was walking about the town since nothing much was happening. She heard a loud boom, curious, she made her way towards it as she was on her way towards the source of the sound, she heard another though this one sounded bigger than the last.

Cye frowned, hearing another explosion. He could tell that it was caused by someone different as it was louder and more powerful. Assuming it was caused by Princess, he looked up at the buildings, trying to find her.
