What does it mean?
On Mario Kart 7, you can make a community. It is like a server. For example, on the TamaTalk one, anyone who races on that specific server will only be raceing other people on said server, in this case others from TamaTalk.

Seems interesting. I might join soon. By the way, if anyone is seen using the Wuhu Island 2 Exploit, they're Mii names will be posted here. Why? Because cheating isn't fun.
Anyways, I'll usually use my Mii in the Koopa Clown, Ring Tires (Don't know English names), and the Peach Parasol.
Out of sheer boredom, here's my MK7 license:
