we all know there are many ways to rank you cd up but the over all best way to make it lvl up is to play games to get it to a lvl 6 silver and the reason you stop there is i find it to hard to rank it up to a lvl 5 silver by playing game. so when you get it to a lvl 6 you need to sign up in the competition . the more competition you sign up in the more cd experience points you get .if this helps you please reply.
