Ode to Tamagotchi

Nobody seems to care about me
Except for my Tamagotchi.
Nobody would ever understand,
Except for the pet I hold in my hand.

People ignore me,
They leave me all alone.
But as long as I have my Tamagotchi,
I'll feel right at home.

When I have nobody to trust,
And nobody to trust me,
I can always rely on my best friend--
My loyal, caring Tamagotchi.

So even when I'm feeling down,
I can't help but to smile,
Knowing that my Tamagotchi
Will stick with me the whole while...

I enjoyed reading it. I can't ever make poems that rhyme. The ones that rhyme are the most fun to read! [ in my opinion ] I'd like to read more of your poems if you've written any others.

I like it! I like writing songs/poems too, I have 33 pages of them on my computer. I don't post them here though, they're mostly four pages long and have my name or address in. I do try writing some Tamagotchi poems, but they turn out really bad...

This is a beautiful poem! It kinda relates to me and how I feel at times. By the way I am MametchiBub=^x^='s sister. She is taking good care of your Tama. The Tamagotchi she sent to you was originally mine but I had to give it to her because she gave me her iPod! I really didn't want to hand over that Tamagotchi. Oh well, I hope you enjoy it.

She is a girl, yet a tom boy, who likes to watch boyish movies about pirates "Ahoy!"

I know probably won't believe me,

You can be quite silly at times,

I can't believe this actually rhymes!

I like pirates and scary movies you say,

Well what if I said you made models of Tamas out of clay,

Actually that sounds kinda cool,

They really should teach us how to do that at school!

Now this poem is quite boring,

I'm sure by now you would be snoring,

If not then I want to say I love you can't you see?

You will always mean the world to me.
