I found this online. I'm quite sure that isn't the original packaging, but at the pictures I see the readme of the Uratama.
Apparently it has touchscreen too or something. I didn't buy it, but I must say it looks interesting. Probably it's a fake but maybe the inside the same as the uratama.

The seller doesn't mention BanDai anywhere which is usually a sign that it is not a genuine tamagotchi.

This VP kind of looks a little like a tama-go or tama ID I suppose but with a cute little lid (the Ura tama has a little antenna with either a star or ball on the end).

Yeah, I doubt it's really by bandai. But it may act the same. And I was just thinking that maybe someone might think the price is worth even a fake.
Anyway, it might be just interesting for the parts.
