I believe I found it. It says something like "tamagotchi minna tanoshiku asobimasho"
Minna tanoskhiku means something like "Everyone happy" and asobimasho means "Lets have fun together".
So probably in it's whole it means:"Tamagotchi!! Everyone's happy Let's have fun together".
So yeah.
