1. Have all Friend hearts filled

2. Take perfect care of it

3. Must be a even Gen.

4. Has to be a female

5. Get 12 Training points

6. Toddler:
Keep weight at 10lbs play games no snacks
Teen:
Same thing but 20lbs

7. All hungry and happy hearts up full!

I got Lovelitchi once but it was on an ODD generation number, I'm afraid. I don't think you can get her on an even generation like you are trying.

To start a tamagotchi log on this site, from the TamaTalk home page: http://www.tamatalk.com/IB/ and scroll down the forum list to the Libaray
and Tamagotchi Logs: http://www.tamatalk....amagotchi-logs/
Have a look at the other logs and the rules for logs and start your own Enjoy!

In order to get access to TamaCHAT you need to go to the subforum: http://www.tamatalk....sts-for-access/ and follow the instructions printed at the top of that sub forum page.
