The Tamagotchi iD is only in Japan, but you can buy it online. If you want to watch the Tamagotchi show (I assume that's what you mean) there are some English and Japanese episodes on TamaTube on this site.

Well, they discontinued the Tamagotchi iD in Asia and other countries in Asia.... and what ver. of TamaTown are you talking about?
V3 Town: TamaTown Theater
