Tamagotchi Music Star won't evolve?

I have a Tamagotchi Music Star and it's been a toddler since it evolved from a baby. It is now almost 3 yr. old. I haven't paused it or anything. And usually it evolves at 1 yr. old. Any clue what happened?

Sometimes the age counter glitches. Going by human time, how long has it been a toddler?

okay i know your problem
this will happen if your tama has never been excepted into preschool causing it to never evolve, i did this on purpose a few times to see what will happen, all you need it to do is goto preschool at least once then you should be all set.
