How long until my v2 four year old girl tama have babies with my five year old boy V2 tama?

Well,they have to both be Adults,and I believe 6.Thus,your boy tama would be 7.
You should connect them loads,and when you look at your other Tama on the Friends screen,
I think you should either see her with 4 hearts,or four smiley faces like this:

6 years is the age they can mate

Just keep connecting them. They'll eventually mate. Possibly before they are 6 days old - my two V2s mated when they were age 5 and 6. And it didn't even ask me if they wanted to mate, just went ahead and did it for me!
