When my tama is the right age to become an adult tama, does it take a while for it to evolve?

My V2 tamagotchi is 4 years old and I'm not sure how long left it'll take for it to evolve into an adult.
(I've never paused this one..)

It usually takes exactly 48 hours since the Tama evolved into a teen. Has it been two days since it was aa teen, and is it the same time it evolved into a teen?

mine evolved at like 10:00 PM before it went to bed (that was when Ringotchi came).
