To obtain the secret characters on an ID L by connecting one tamagotchi to another tamagotchi once every six generations (paused in between generations) to get the secret characters only obtained by connecting to six friends? I was thinking about getting a 15th Anniversary ID L and I was trying to figure out a way to be able to get the secret characters on 2 ID Ls.

I'm not sure what you mean. If you want it to count as six different friends, you'll need to reset the "Connector".

I meant keeping one of the ID L's in teen stage, and running the other one for six generations, and connecting the paused teen every one of the six generations of tamas so that it would have connected with six friends during it's teen stage. Would the generations just overwrite the same friend?

I think it has to be different Tamagotchi toys; not different Tamagotchi characters.
