hey, y'all,

so i just sent my tamagotchi (v3) on a trip, i think to switzerland.
then after the trip they gave me password.
so i went on tamatown and enterred in the code at the travelling agency for the souvenir
but then it says the password's incorrect
i've checked over and over again with he username and the password and it still doesn't work
does anyone know why?
