In the middle of summer, I used to sleep at 2 am and wake up at 10 am. Now I'm just suddenly trying to sleep early, so I go to be at around 11-11:30 pm, play Sudoku, and sleep at about 1 am. I usually wake up in between 7-8.

My nighttime schedule:
9pm - Midnight: go around my house in the walking skeleton that is me, usually on my laptop
Midnight - 1am: my bed is soooooo comfortable its scary
1am: Sleep.
8am: Wake up and be awesome for another day.

I fall asleep around 3am but I keep waking up a lot in the night. Then wake up at 7am

Wow, you are all crazy! I think as you get older you value your sleep more. I go to bed pretty early, before 12a.m for sure. As for when I wake up...depends on what I'm doing the next day or if I'm working in the morning.
I'm the kind of person who requires at least 9hours of sleep to function.
And that's with two cups of coffee the next day! haha

It depends. When I couldn't take my netbook to bed, even with my mom complaining on the school days I could go on 1 AM. Now I normally go on 3 am or so. Sometimes 6 am.
