I wish I could find the .ipa online, I can't connect to the Japanese app store sadly

Hey I love the tamagotchis and have a Samsung phone but I cant download the app from google play as it says its not available for my counry :-( How can I get the apk for android?
Any ideas? Or anyone can send it maybe?
