You have to wait untill your tamagotchi turnes old. Ignore the matchmaker. But it will stop your generations.

wait till it turns 15 and say NO to the matchmaker

 
almost forgot .....only girls can become her.....boys become and old man

 
u havy to keep saying no to the matchmaker(when ur tama turns into an adult u have to wait 72 hrs and then soon the matchmaker comes.) ifu keep saying no to it it should turn into an oldie in 120hrs
