V3 Tamatown won't work?

I am trying to take my tamagotchis to the V3 Tamatown... the site loads and alll, but it won't let me have any souveniers! Help please!

Try the v3 tamatown.com of europe Uk because my v4, v4.5 wouldnt work so i try that. :-)
