1). My Tama-go's batteries died recently, so I replaced them, when I hit download, I still had all my Gotchi-Points, Food, and the same room, but my 17 Tama-year old Chamametchi was an egg again. What happened?
2). Sometimes when my Tama-go's Health/Happiness meters run out, it doesn't beep. Why is this?

1. It must have been some kind of glitch. What generation was your Chamametchi on, and what generation does it say now? 0.o
2. The attention icon doesn't go on as soon as the hearts are empty; it usually takes a while.

It doesn't beep as soon as they empty; They... hm, how do I phrase this...
If the hearts empty one heart per hour, and you left your Tama for five hours (so that all the hearts ran out), then it wouldn't beep. You would have to leave it for a sixth hour for it to beep.
So, it takes all the hearts to empty, PLUS the time for one more heart to empty.
