So i figured out that the exclamation mark above its head means its calling for attention.

But yesterday a box appeared with my username in it randomly like it wanted me to do something but i couldn't figure out what?

Anyone knows what this means?

Yes, the exclamation point means your Tama-Go needs to be disciplined. If a speech box with your name appears, it means your Tamagotchi is really hungry or unhappy, so check its hunger and happiness and feed or play games with it.
