Confused about my tama-go

I just got my tamago in today. :D
Everything was going good, but then the baby just started to like shake and sit.
I couldn't take her anywhere or feed her anything, even though it said she was getting hungry.
Then she just fell asleep. O.o
This tama is completely different than the old 1gen that I have been playing. At first I thought she might just be evolving, but then she just fell asleep.

???????? AH!

If she's sitting and shaking, quickly select the medicine icon, it's hard to see, but she's sick!

If there's a skull above her head and she's shaking, most likely she's sick.

She didn't have a skull but I did do the medicine. She's okay now and evolved into Belltchi. :) Thanks guys!

If shes shaking and there's squiggly lines by her, that means she has to use the bathroom, so select the toilet icon.
