When I try logging on to my Tamatown account, it says, "ID AND PASSWORD DO NOT MATCH" even though I never changed my Id or password. They have stayed the same. When I click on "Forgot Password" or "Forgot Username", it asks for my email address. Though I type my email, it says it is not registered? I have never changed the email address on Tamatown, so I wonder if anyone hacked it or did it disable? If it was neither, then what is the problem? If it did disable, then why? Please answer, for I really need your help!
