Yep, this is a European P1 to be exact :)

They are the same as US P1 only the package is different.

Btw, the McDonalds things... Are Happy Meal toys that came out in 97. They all had basic function... Like lights up, has a figure... Mainly keychains to look like a real one. Unworking tamas.
